Responsibilities
The Custodian / Groundskeeper is responsible for performing general maintenance duties throughout the center.
- Demonstrates and abides by the Company Core Values and the operating principles
- Inspects and reports on the mechanical condition of vehicles
- Assists in the relocation of center equipment and furniture
- Performs minor building construction tasks
- Performs interior and exterior center janitorial, building maintenance and grounds keeping assignments
- Attends required staff training sessions as required
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum : High school diploma or GED. Ability to read and write English. Six months experience, to include transportation and / or building maintenance.
Preferred : One year or more work-related experience.
General Information : In order to perform the essential job functions of this position, candidate must have regular attendance.
Knowledge Required : Must possess a valid State driver’s license. Ability to obtain and maintain CPR / FA certification.
Ability to operate power tools.
