The Role

The Sr. Manager, Photo Production plays a pivotal role at the heart of the UGG brand's visual storytelling, serving as the linchpin for content photo shoots across a diverse array of mediums and channels.

Tasked with overseeing the end-to-end production process, this role requires a seasoned and highly organized professional with a proven track record in production management.

The responsibilities span the entirety of the production lifecycle, from scheduling and budgeting to negotiating, crew and talent sourcing, casting, sample management, retouching, editing, and final asset delivery.

The Sr. Manager, Photo Production is not only a masterful executor but also a cross-functional project and operational manager, strategically driving critical process improvements and fostering seamless communication to enhance overall efficiency in creative marketing operations.

In addition to the core production tasks, the Sr. Manager, Photo Production is entrusted with the ownership and implementation of essential processes that contribute to the success of the UGG brand's marketing initiatives.

This includes managing contract and asset approvals, ensuring adherence to timelines, and optimizing organizational and scheduling aspects to facilitate a cohesive and streamlined workflow.

The role demands not only a deep understanding of production logistics but also a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.

As a key player in the creative marketing team, the Sr. Manager, Photo Production holds the reins in orchestrating a symphony of tasks to deliver high-quality content that resonates with UGG's audience while meeting stringent budgetary and timeline constraints.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to :

Build and manage creative development budgets and forecasts in partnership with the Marketing Ops Director and Creative Director with full accountability for costs and methods.

Provide consultation and guidance on best practices and cost efficiencies for content needs for various platforms Collaborate with the Creative Director and Art Directors in producing high quality content and experiences that are consistent with the UGG brand vision and identity Collaborate with the Marketing Ops Director to schedule photo shoots, asset deliveries, and creative concept deadlines for the Operations, Marketing, Production, and Creative Teams Works closely with Deckers’ Legal Team to create and manage production contracts.

$135,000-$145,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location.

Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
