Your Role :

As a Commercial Manager, you will take the lead on business development and tendering for global salvage and wreck removal projects.

This includes creating commercial offers, negotiating contracts, and managing subcontractor agreements. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external clients, ensuring seamless coordination and strategic execution.

Your leadership will be key in managing emergency response calls, maintaining client relationships, and overseeing commercial activities on a global scale.

What Do You Bring?

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Maritime Academy degree, with at least five years of experience in commercial management, shipping, or a related field.

You should have strong communication and negotiation skills and be adept at managing high-pressure situations. Experience working in multicultural environments is a plus, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
