We are looking for an Estate Planning, Probate, and Business Formation Associate Attorney

Are you a solo estate planning practitioner looking for a practice to merge and grow our clientele together?

Your Impact :

• Craft Legal Solutions : Lead in estate planning, probate, and business formation.
• Client Engagement : Meet clients, assess needs, provide expert legal counsel, and build lasting relationships.
• Document Mastery : Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and more.
• Business Planning : Assist in designing business structures and tax planning.
• Legal Research : Stay updated on laws and regulations.
• Leadership : Demonstrate a willingness to learn and lead.
• Court Representation : Attend hearings, represent clients in contested probate matters. Assist lead counsel with matters appealed to Superior Court.
• Community Presence : Enhance the firm's presence in various forums.

Requirements

• Two or more years of experience in estate planning, probate, and business formation
• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school in good standing
• Active Georgia state bar membership
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Exceptional attention to detail and time-management skills
• Strong communication and public speaking abilities
• Thrive in a time-sensitive, high-energy, and demanding environment.
• Flexibility to adapt and respond swiftly to urgent matters
