We are looking for an Estate Planning, Probate, and Business Formation Associate Attorney

We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience to contribute to our mission and core values. Are you looking for a forever place to hone and grow as you help the residents of Middle Georgia.
Are you a solo estate planning practitioner looking for a practice to merge and grow our clientele together?
Your Impact :
- Craft Legal Solutions : Lead in estate planning, probate, and business formation.
- Client Engagement : Meet clients, assess needs, provide expert legal counsel, and build lasting relationships.
- Document Mastery : Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and more.
- Business Planning : Assist in designing business structures and tax planning.
- Legal Research : Stay updated on laws and regulations.
- Leadership : Demonstrate a willingness to learn and lead.
- Court Representation : Attend hearings, represent clients in contested probate matters. Assist lead counsel with matters appealed to Superior Court.
- Community Presence : Enhance the firm's presence in various forums.
Requirements
- Two or more years of experience in estate planning, probate, and business formation
- Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school in good standing
- Active Georgia state bar membership
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Exceptional attention to detail and time-management skills
- Strong communication and public speaking abilities
- Thrive in a time-sensitive, high-energy, and demanding environment.
- Flexibility to adapt and respond swiftly to urgent matters
