Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in taking personal injury cases to trial. Must have significant first-chair trial experience. Demonstrated focus on managing support staff and young litigators. A demonstrated willingness and readiness to take cases to trial with our trial teams. Competitive compensation package. Our fast-growing top-tier personal injury law firm is seeking a Texas Trial Lawyer. Are you a passionate Trial Lawyer with a proven track record of jury trials? We specialize in high-stakes cases involving death, brain injury, burns, paralysis, and major surgeries.
Core Responsibilities
- As the Trial Lawyer and key member of our firm you will oversee, direct, and be responsible for a team of litigation attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to litigate a docket of complex, catastrophic personal injury cases.
