ParkerBeth Search Partners is actively recruiting for a key client seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman Electrician to join their team in a FULL TIME capacity.

This role is based in Sacramento, CA, and covers projects throughout Northern and Central California, including Sacramento, Redding, Bakersfield, and San Francisco.

As a Foreman Electrician, you will lead a team of electricians on mission-critical datacenter infrastructure projects, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

This role is essential in managing the day-to-day operations of electrical projects, from installation to maintenance, in environments where precision and reliability are paramount.

Key Responsibilities :

• Team Leadership : Oversee and direct a team of electricians on various projects, ensuring all tasks are performed efficiently and safely.
• Project Management : Coordinate job sites to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards.
• Technical Expertise : Conduct and manage live hot work, maintain clear and effective communication with clients, and troubleshoot any issues that arise on the job.
• Client Interaction : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Compliance and Safety : Ensure all work adheres to relevant regulations and safety protocols, maintaining the highest standards of quality control.

What We’re Looking For :

• Certified Journeyman Electrician in California : Required certification with experience in control systems.
• Experience in Mission-Critical Environments : Background in data centers or similar high-demand environments is essential.
• Leadership Experience : At least 2+ years of experience as a Foreman, with a proven track record of leading teams on complex projects.
• Client-Focused and Professional : Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients and stakeholders.
• Adaptability and Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to handle unexpected challenges and adapt to changing project requirements.
