Job Description :
We are seeking for a dynamic Technology IT Account Manager / Recruiter to join our team and drive growth in new client acquisition.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing our existing Client accounts and tasked with solidifying new relationships in efforts to expand our portfolio of services within the market.
You must possess a strategic mindset, a strong network of connections, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in technology sales.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Secure new business with prospects and existing clients in an assigned territory.
- Keep client information and any leads up to date in CRM.
- Own the relationship with the client - drive the entire sales cycle, manage client questions / escalations, and pursue opportunities to expand scope and services.
- Recruit for your own accounts and support the recruitment process for your team's accounts.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews directly with client accounts.
- Conduct and oversee quality checks and performance evaluations with clients for placed candidates.
- Assist the sales team in navigating incoming orders and prioritizing new requisitions.
- Build relationships with hiring managers and generate new business from existing accounts as well new clients.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Close, and manage all relationships with clients, prospective clients, and partners.
- Participates in company-sponsored and company-hosted events.
- Able to travel for client meetings, build relationships, and generate leads & opportunities.
Job Qualifications :
- 3+ years of Account Management / Business development experience.
- Prior IT / IT Staffing or Solutions Sales experience
- Prior experience in building and managing assigned regions / territories.
- Passionate about Sales, business development, and meeting goals.
- Previous experience and proficiency with CRM / ATS systems
- Ability to network, communicate, and build strong and genuine relationships.
- Ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse groups of people.
- Ensures world-class customer service for all clients.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
- Requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be ambitious and driven by success and rewards.

Compensation :
- Base Salary - $60,000 - $65,000 / year
