Injection Molding Process Engineer
The ideal candidate should have the following attributes and / or skills :
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering field or equivalent work experience
- 2+ / - years of experience in related field of work
- Plastic shaping, specialization injection molding
- Organizational structures
- Tools
- Specific requirements of individual molded parts
- Removal technique
- Programming technique
- Pneumatics
Main Duties
- Responsible of main Injection Molding KPI’s
- Construction and building of devices with the purpose of rationalization
- Procurement, commissioning, and optimization of periphery machines
- Sampling of new tools and materials
- Starting up and optimization of machines
- Making suggestions to improve the used processes and working methods
- Coordination of process data with material producers
- Sampling / Setting up for new products
- Process approval of customer projects fitters
- Ensure scrap reduction
- Improve tool / machine cycle time
- Create handover reports / shift reports
- People skills development
