Note : Commissions team works on requests for all US regions, Retention Team is Region Based. Commission team members work on auditing various systems to ensure we are sending out contracts for review and signatures with accurate information to reduce amount of reworks
We are a high-volume production team that is dependent on internal matrix partners to supply us with the necessary information / documentation for us to produce accurate contracts for review and signature by broker and client partners.
There are several different systems used for our audit purposes as well as strict processing guidelines that we must adhere to.
We provide intense training as well as making sure there are always team members available to assist each other with questions or issues when they arise.
Performs a broad range of moderately complex sales operations functions for processing broker commission documents and serve as a liaison between various Sales team members and internal partners.
This role is accountable to deliver timely and accurate commission payment documents, including confirming data accuracy for new sale and renewing Clients as well as broker of record changes.
A key function of this role is to demonstrate a deep understanding of the CBAF end- to-end process, analyze and complete transactions for consistency, accuracy and ensure Federal Legislation, State mandates and 's Product and Program rules are applied.
This role has a direct impact on the commission payment exeperience for clients, general agents and producer partners.
Process end- to -end broker commission documents.
Communicate information regarding the renewal experience to include downstream risks and notifications for confirmed and pending renewing clients.
Maintain tracking and reporting of status and deliverables associated with assigned work product
Demonstrate professional interaction with internal partners on delivery of information, transaction and processes related to In Good Order (IGO) status for successful implementation
Perform work within standard operating procedures related to the Commissions process ensuring compliance and timeliness in alignment with quality and production expectations
Utilize multiple web-based knowledge resources to review and confirm accurate client, broker, product and payments, as well as meeting Legal and Compliance Standards
SFDC audits / updates based on opportunity received
Support interpretation of renewal, presale or broker of records change requests to ensure compliance needs are met.
Provide final and error free commission documents and related paperwork to external matrix partners for review and signature, as well as internal matrix partners for processing.
Participate in root cause analysis of issues related to broker payments with matrix partners.
Participate in projects related to optional services including application development and other product / process related initiatives

Experience :
Administrative and / or operations background. At least 3 years of experience preferred.
Previous sales operations or benefit service experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and demonstrated experience in delivering high quality work
Audit and / or Quality Assurance experience a plus
Knowledge of systems such as Excel, Word, Outlook, OneNote, SFDC applications.
