Responsibilities :
- Lead and participate in the design anddevelopment of complex electrical hardware systems includingschematic capture component selection and PCB layout.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define andrefine system architecture ensuring alignment with productrequirements and objectives.
- Develop andoversee the creation of prototypes to validate and iterate upondesign concepts.
- Establish comprehensivetesting procedures and protocols to verify the functionalityperformance and safety of hardware systems.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineersfostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Create and maintain detailed designdocumentation including schematics BOMs and test plans.
- Ensure that hardware designs meet all relevant industrystandards and regulations.
- Work closely withcrossfunctional teams including software engineers firmwareengineers and project managers to drive successful projectoutcomes.
- Identify and address technicalchallenges troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
Qualifications :
- Management and leadership experience.
- Strong background in CAD design of circuitsmodules and processors.
- Design experienceinvolving A / D D / A and microcontrollers.
- Experience writing scheduling and cost estimatingproposals.
- Aircraft interface experience.
- Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineeringor equivalent work experience.
Experience Desired :
- Any experience with military environmentcommercial aircraft military aircraft ground vehicles or supportequipment.
- FPGA experience.
