What you’ll do in this role
- Take charge and take the lead on multiple restoration projects.
- Manage the life cycle of a variety of reconstruction projects from planning to execution to close.
- Autonomously produce while having the support of an established estimating and planning team.
- Establish systems that result in the overall success of projects (i.e., quality workmanship, client relationships, safety, cleanliness, and tradespeople conduct).
Skills you will need :
- 3+ years of Construction Project Management experience required
- 5+ years in hands-on trades background
- Strong Planning / Scheduling skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Ability to multi-task.
