We are looking to add a Power Generation Field Service Coordinator to our team.
What’s that, you ask? A Field Service Coordinator :
- Handles scheduling service calls and PM services.
- Communicates regularly with technicians and customers.
- Provides coordination between technicians, sales team and parts team.
- Helps aid management team in determining solutions to customer concerns.
- Opens and closes work orders. Aides technicians in quoting repairs.
- Provides support to management team as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Strong candidates will :
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Have excellent customer service skills.
- Desire to be a team player.
- Understand that attention to detail is a must.
- Be personable, friendly, and willing to interact with people all day.
- Have excellent communication skills; both verbally and written.
- Have a strong moral compass, a high level of personal integrity.
- Be able to work independent of direct supervision.
- Welcome transparency and accountability.
- Have strong typing skills.
- Be able to adapt and learn new things.
- Have general mechanical understanding.
- Be able to learn and master multiple software platforms.
