Job Overview :
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Restaurant Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that all equipment and facilities in the restaurant are functioning at their best.
If you have experience with restaurant maintenance, enjoy troubleshooting, and take pride in keeping operations running smoothly, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on restaurant equipment, including HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize downtime.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with management to schedule preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance work performed.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in a restaurant or food service environment.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment repair.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts as needed.
