CERTIFIED PHARMACY TECHNICIAN

Actalent Healthcare is now hiring certified pharmacy technicians to work onsite for a closed door speciality pharmacy in Keller, TX!

Description :

• review contents of referral to ensure complete and accurate info received
• create patient profile from a scan or fax image by entering correct patient and provider info
• conduct initial check of prescription to ensure clinical accuracy for processing
• communicate with provider regarding referral status, prescription clarification, missing info, or patient concerns
• updating concise progress notes to ensure other roles within the workflow can quickly assess the status of referral
• enter in new provider information

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00AM-6 : 00PM or 10 : 00am - 7 : 00pm CST

Incentives / Benefits :

• Pay $19-$23hr

Qualifications / Requirements :

• 2+ years of pharmacy technician experience
• Must have an active TSBP certification
