Location : Concord Reserve, 2116 Dover Center Road, Westlake, Ohio Shifts Available : Part -Time : 4 : 00 pm - 7 : 30 pm What is Your Role?
The Dishwasher / Sanitation Worker is responsible for daily cleaning of the Dining Department. Essential Functions : Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.
Essential Functions include the following.
- Cleans all equipment in the Main Kitchen and Café to include, but not limited to the following : grill and fryer.
- Empties trash containers and recycle bins on all units, dining room and kitchen and disposes of in the proper area on a daily basis.
- Gathers soiled linen on a daily basis from all units, main dining room and Bistro and ensures it is ready for pickup up by cleaning vendor.
- Washes dishes.
- Assists Line Cooks in food preparation as needed.

We are seeking :

- Knowledge of food service sanitation requirements and food safety.
Required Education and Experience
- Some High School.
- Some prior experience in a related food service position is required.
- Must be at least 18 years old, due to the Hazardous Occupations Order of the Dept of Labor.
- Must possess a customer service background and orientation.
