Summary :

As our Associate Repair Supervisor, you will successfully drive the repair business operations for your territory while working in collaboration with your customers and peers.

Your mission is to promote a positive culture surrounded by accomplishing safety and quality goals to achieve customer satisfaction and profitable business results.

Responsibilities :

• Implementing and monitoring safety guidelines.
• Providing learning opportunities for the team.
• Managing a schedule
• Managing team’s overall performance.
• Collaborate with all levels of organization to achieve business goals.
• Learn and leverage new technologies.

Qualifications :

• 2+ years of relevant maintenance expertise
• 2+ years of supervisory experience ideally leading a union represented workforce
• Associate’s degree in a related field or additional years of experience.
