As Contracts & Quoting Manager , you’ll be the bridge between customer needs and operational excellence — managing the end-to-end quoting, proposal, and contract administration process.
This role plays a key part in driving order capture and ensuring accurate, timely communication across customers and internal teams.
You will :
Own and improve the quote-to-order process from RFQ receipt to contract reviewCollaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and quality to ensure accurate and timely quotesMaintain catalog pricing and manage quotes for repeat itemsServe as a customer liaison , ensuring strong communication throughout the quoting processOversee ERP order entry and maintain consistent data integrityManage customer PO revisions, including drawings, quantities, and shipping updatesContinuously refine quoting workflows and KPIs for improved efficiencyWhat You Bring
Required Qualifications
7+ years’ experience in quoting, contracts, or sales operations within a manufacturing or supply chain environmentAbility to read engineering drawings and Bill of Materials (BOMs)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication with customer-facing experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting aerospace or defense programsFamiliarity with ERP / MRP systems such as ProShop, E2, or similarUnderstanding of ISO 9001 / AS9100 standardsKnowledge of government quoting, FAR / DFARS , or catalog pricingCompensation & Benefits
