We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Matter Development team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks.

This individual will also be responsible for interacting with our real estate investors and stakeholders to ensure they receive timely and accurate communications regarding project information, tax documents, investor updates, and other important information.

Additionally, the candidate may be involved in event planning duties.

Requirements :

  • Provide high-level administrative support to Aaron Matter, the Matter Development Team, and at times, the Koru Health Team on a limited basis
  • Interact with real estate investors and other stakeholders (municipalities, banks, consultants, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate communication of important information
  • Assist with capital raising process, preparing transaction documents for investors, circulating legal documents for signatures, and following up until complete
  • Prepare and edit presentations, correspondence, communications, and other documents specifically investment memorandums using information created by finance and real estate team;

  • Assist with general marketing tasks such as press releases, LinkedIn, and investor / stakeholder presentations
  • Manage and update investor management system with information, documents, and updates
  • Coordinate with accounting and finance team for the preparation of tax documents and other financial reports
  • Perform general office duties such as maintaining records and performing basic bookkeeping and data entry tasks
  • Assist with event planning duties and investor networking / gatherings
  • Manage and maintain executive schedules and travel, coordinate meetings
  • Attend Development Meetings and prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and track task lists
  • Follow-up with development and operations team members for tasks assigned
  • Other duties as assigned

Additional Responsibilities :

Executive Assistant may be asked to perform tasks outside of their primary job scope

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and especially Powerpoint).
  • Experience with MailChimp or similar email marketing platforms
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
