Express Employment Professionals of Bradenton, FL is currently searching for a Recruiting Specialist for a busy office in the Bradenton, FL area.
Duties :
- Process employment applications submitted online; connect with other potential candidates to complete employment applications over the phone.
- Connect with applicants via telephone, texting, recruiting websites, and / or social media. Maintain professional and courteous communication with applicants and clients at all times.
- Perform accurate and complete entry of applicant data and resume information in applicant tracking system. Must be able to speak with individuals over the phone and type information into computer simultaneously.
- Assist applicants with accessing and completing electronic onboarding documents.
- Assist Employment Specialist team with placing interviewed candidates in positions that match skills / experience.
Requirements :
- Must have clear speaking voice, good grammar and spelling. Position requires Recruiting Specialists to make & take 30+ interviews daily
- Ability to engage applicants.
- Multi-Tasker & Quick Thinking
- Upbeat & helpful - helping people is our PASSION!
- Non-smoking office.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
