BC forward is currently seeking a highly motivated Warehouse General Labor for an opportunity in Spokane, WA !

Position Title : Warehouse General Labor

Location : Spokane, WA

Anticipated Start Date : ASAP

Expected Duration : 4+ Months with possible extension.

Job Type : FULL TIME 40 hours a week, CONTRACT, TEMP TO PERM, ONSITE

Pay Range : $20.49 / HR

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.

g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Shift : Mon to Fri 7am to 3 : 30pm

Job Description :

• Repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds.
• Have good knees! There is a lot of walking and going up and down stairs. They may be walking up to 7 flights of stairs (not all at once but throughout the duration of their shift).

There is an elevator for moving heavy items from floor to floor.

This environment is very dusty and they will be sweeping and shoveling feed.

Must be able to follow direction & perform repetitive production activities.

All training and instructions typically given on the job. Proficiency is attained in a short time on the job. Skills : Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds. Basic Math.

Ability to follow oral and written instructions, short correspondence and memos.

Ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one and in group situations.

Ability to pass forklift training test. WORKERS WILL NOT OPERATE FORKLIFT.

Ability to work on feet for prolonged periods of time in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to follow instruction. Knowledge : Knowledge and compliance of all safety guidelines.

Knowledge of basic math, counting, etc. May occasionally use company computer equipment & systems.

Education : high school diploma or equivalent
