Registered Nurse Manager
Avery Home Health, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our exceptional team.

- Position : Part-Time Registered Nurse Supervisor *
- Location : Orange, CA*
- Hours : 40 hours per week. *
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and support a team of dedicated pediatric nurses (LVNs and RNs)
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Manage insurance authorizations and ensure timely approvals.
- Perform supervisory visits to ensure quality care and compliance with care plans.
- Handle recertifications and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
- Assist in new patient admissions, ensuring a smooth transition into care.
- Provide ongoing training and mentorship to nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care.
- Monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to care plans.
- Qualifications : *
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in pediatrics or home health.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is highly desirable.
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to make sound decisions.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing the highest quality of care.
