Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) - Transplant / Cellular Therapy
Location : Gainesville, FL
Shift : 12-Hour Nights (Rotating Weekends), 36 Hours Per Week
Shift Times : 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM
Hourly Rate : $28.80 - $43.20 per hour
Job Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our newly launched Transplant & Cellular Therapy (TCT) Unit.
The RN will provide comprehensive care to patients undergoing stem cell transplants and those with hematologic disorders.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a specialized team dedicated to oncology, dialysis, and infusion care. Candidates with experience in Transplant & Cellular Therapy (TCT), Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT), or Blood and Marrow Transplant programs are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver patient care within the scope of the Registered Nurse Practice Act, focusing on stem cell transplant and hematologic disorder patients
- Administer treatments and therapies, including oncology, dialysis, and infusion care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-care instructions
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
Qualifications :
- Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing (BSN preferred)
- 1+ year of recent acute care experience, preferably in oncology, dialysis, or infusion
- Experience in Transplant & Cellular Therapy (TCT), Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT), or Blood and Marrow Transplant programs is highly preferred
- Active Florida RN license or appropriate compact licensure (must obtain active FL RN license within 90 days of hire if using compact license)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
