We are looking for a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to join our Post Falls, ID team.
Job Summary :
The primary function of the Shipping and Receiving Coordinator is to assist the Parts Manager with all warehouse duties, including inventory monitoring.

Duties and Responsibilities :
- Assist with stock and emergency purchasing, reports, vendor stock and core returns, receiving and related functions.
- Run and update PACCAR reports, input all stock orders, assist with emergency orders daily.
- Keep prices current.
- Monitor and process credits, RMA's outstanding and shipping authorizations.
- Assist Parts Manager with core returns and core credits.
- File departmental paperwork.
- Track, receive and put away incoming freight while matching POs to packing lists and reconciling invoices to purchase order quantities.
- Assists Parts Manager with special projects as requested, including cycle counts, transfers, communication with DIA and work through annual physical inventory count.
- Assist the back parts counter and front parts counter with deliveries at discretion of Parts Manager.
- Assist counter sales staff during high incoming call volume periods by taking calls and relaying messages from customers to sales personnel.
- Maintain good communications with team members to minimize mistakes and maximize teamwork.
- Communicate and supply all over counter part’s warranty details to district warranty analyst.
Qualifications :
Ability to read and comprehend English instructions and information. High school diploma or the equivalent. Clearly legible handwriting.
Computer terminal data input, 10 key calculator. 2 years general office experience with understanding of office procedures, to include filing, correspondence, basic accounting.
Knowledge of bills of lading and freight bills. Excellent organization and communication skills.
WORKING CONDITIONS :
This position involves both sedentary and other work. For part of the shift, employee will work at a desk in a warehouse setting doing paperwork, telephoning and filing.
For part of the shift, employee will stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach, moving about the dealership facility to communicate with managers, employees, and customers.
Lifting of at least 35 lbs. without assistance. Will be exposed to noise, dust, exhaust fumes, and a variety of other hazardous and nonhazardous materials.
