Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with business units to identify data-driven growth opportunities and enhance customer engagementConduct advanced analytics using statistical and machine learning algorithms to address business challengesCreate and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators related to customer experience and marketing strategiesRequired Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in data mining and statistical analysisAt least 2 years of experience with SQL and statistical software packages such as Python, R, or SASExperience in insurance or financial services is preferredA Master's degree or Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS) designation is preferred
