Founding General Partners Tom Chavez and Vivek Vaidya sold Rapt to Microsoft and Krux to Salesforce.

About the Job :
super set is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Accounting Manager to oversee the financial operations at super set and our portfolio companies.
This will be the first inside finance position at a growing start up studio. As Senior Accounting Manager, you will get an inside view into the build-out and growth of 10+ startups, a rare chance to see (and participate in) company building across multiple companies at varying stages in parallel.
This is a full-time, hybrid position located in super set 's San Francisco office.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as accounting lead for our early stage portfolio companies
- Manage payroll, bookkeeping, expenses, vendor payments, customer invoicing and collections for super set portfolio companies
- Oversee month end close for super set portfolio companies
- Responsible for preparation for Board of Directors meetings
- Stakeholder Communication : Collaborate with executives, and external stakeholders to communicate financial performance, address concerns, and provide strategic recommendations for improvement
- Assist in administration of super set ’s venture funds
Credentials / Attributes :
Required :
- 4+ years of accounting experience
- 2+ years working at an early stage SaaS startup in accounting function
- Ability to manage month end close process
- Eager to learn
- Energized by prospect of working with multiple entities under the super set umbrella
