Job Description
MileOne Autogroup is now hiring a Recruiting HR Analyst at our corporate office in Towson, MD. This position is ONSITE only.
Our HR mission is Striving for excellence, while serving our employees’. As our Recruiting HR Analyst, you will provide a high level of administrative support to our internal Recruiting team.
Additionally, the Recruiting HR Analyst will be trained to serve as a cross functional HR team member to provide support in executing other HR functions.
Job Responsibilities :
- Partner with Recruiting team to validate and confirm candidate information and position information within ATS
- Process company pre-screening, offer, hiring and onboarding processes Communicate with screening vendors as needed for updates, discrepancies and confirmations as needed
- Provide candidate status updates to Hiring Managers
- Perform HR audits within Workday- take action to correct processes as needed
- Compile reports and complete audits from Workday database as needed
- Provide high level customer service to candidates and employees regarding inquiries policies, procedures, compliance, benefits and HR programs
- Other HR support and projects as needed
Requirements :
- 0 -2 years of Recruiting, Benefits or Human Resources processing experience, preferably in a high volume retail environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload providing attention to details
- High level of customer service & phone skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in data analysis and managing large volumes of data
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Must be able to create processes and checklists
- Basic MS Office knowledge, computer software, and internet proficiency
- Excel skills a MUST
- Workday knowledge preferred
