Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for coordinating tax processes for the company's open mutual fund
- Reviewing tax returns, work papers and K-1s
- Work directly with third party administrators
- Coordinating audit processes
- Responsible for completeness & accuracy of daily / monthly / annual accounting & performance reporting for all products and accounts
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned

The Successful Applicant
Qualifications :
- 3+ years of relevant experience within partnership
- Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting required
- CPA strongly preferred
- Big 4 or private background preferred
- Strong and effective communicator
