We are interviewing to hire at both of our Buckhead and Alpharetta locations.

Requirements :

  • 3+ years as a Laser Practitioner
  • Licensed of course
  • Dedicated following of clients

Position Description

The Aesthetician will work under the Medical Director to provide skin treatments,

chemical peels, laser procedures, and body contouring treatments. The Aesthetician

will provide consultations and recommendations while monitoring patient

expectations and results.

Responsibilities

Provide facials, chemical peels, laser procedures, and body contouring

  • treatments;
  • Adhere to appointment times by monitoring the schedule;
  • Welcome clients in a warm, friendly manner;

Accompany clients to and from treatment rooms and thanking them on

departure;

Conduct thorough consultations with clients to obtain information about

  • contraindications and to develop treatment plan recommendations;
  • Examine the client's skin to evaluate the suitability of treatments;
  • Advise clients on skin care;
  • Recommend suitable treatments and home care regimens;
  • Engage with clients during sessions on topics relating to their interests;
  • Explain services to clients;
  • Train new employees;
  • Pitch clients on upgraded services;
  • Respect complimentary employee services, rules, prices, etc;
  • Thoroughly document all services performed in the client’s EMR;
  • Keep license and certifications updated and displayed;
  • Monitor and stock back bar and retail inventory;
  • Coordinate all inventory ordering and management with Practice Manager;

Maintain cleanliness and appearance of treatment rooms between each

client;

Establish and maintain rapport with clients in order to ensure overall customer

service satisfaction of clients;

Builds trust Interacts with others in a way that gives them confidence in

one’s intentions and those of the organization.

  • Participate in continuing education;
  • Attend all mandatory training / meetings;

Handle client complaints, seeking to understand, and involve management

when necessary;

Participates in marketing activities for the practice, including social media

  • posts and sales events;
  • Enhancing patient experience- always strive for 5-star service!;
  • Backing up front desk as needed- be ready to help when needed;

Upselling / cross-selling products / services- be aware of cross-promotions that

  • will benefit your patient;
  • Assisting in closing sales;
  • Knowledge of services / products- be a product of the product!;

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements and skills

High School diploma or GED equivalent

State esthetician's license required

Laser Certification and GA Laser License

Proven work experience as an Esthetician or similar role

Ability to communicate effectively with clients

Ability to develop a plan of action for clients' care

Ability to make a client feel comfortable

Deep knowledge of skin care techniques

Motivated to work evenings and weekends on occasion

Sales skills to sell products and services to clients

Ability to manage your time well

Maintains professional appearance and demeanor at all times;

Ability to meet U.S. employment and eligibility requirements.
