Senior Interior Design Leader Job in Dallas, TX
Due to an upcoming promotion, a Senior Interior Design Leader job is available with a global architecture and design firm, based out of their office in Dallas, TX.
The role is focused on aviation projects across the region, often focused on high-end hospitality elements of airport terminals.
Offering a salary up to $100,000 plus bonus potential and extensive benefits.

Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of design, with a particular focus on concept design, programming, and design development
- Support and develop studio standards, alongside the leadership team
- Support with FF&E and material selections / specifications
- Participate in client and consultant meetings and presentations
- Assist in the development of client relationships, both new and existing
- Support with team mentoring and development, providing guidance in an encouraging and collaborative way.
Required Skills & Experience
- Degree qualified in Interior Design, or similar
- RID and NCIDQ certified
- 12+ years of experience in aviation or high-end hospitality
- Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Suite, and 3D rendering tools
- Client-facing and team mentoring experience.
