- $250k student loan repayment and $60k sign-on bonus
- 100% outpatient, no call
- Salary is $275k with a 2-year guarantee, can switch to RVUs sooner if wanted
- Generous benefits package with 37 days of PTO (sick, time off, holidays)
- See 18 - 22 patients per day
- 36 patient hours and 4 hours of admin, can work 4 or 5 days a week
- Must have strong leadership abilities to supervise mid-levels
- Must be board certified in family medicine
