We are on a search for a Sr. Compliance Services Specialist with recent experience in retirement benefits compliance. Expertise in ERISA compliance is highly desired!
Highlights :Responsibilities :
- Understand concepts of ERISA and cafeteria nondiscrimination testing
- Generate accurate and complete Forms 5500 and wrap plan documents within departmental and company deadlines
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, applying product and regulatory knowledge to guide interactions and communications with clients, brokers, and internal teams effectively
- Coordinate workload distribution of CRM tasks and Help Desk emails with team members to ensure accurate responses within departmental turnaround times
- Maintain, update, and proactively manage the customer relations database, adhering to departmental standards by proactively documenting each client interaction and action item
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years of recent, related experience
- Expertise in ERISA requirements for Form 5500 Series
- Experience with retirement compliance, employee benefits administration, and customer relationship management systems
- Computer proficiency (Windows) and the ability to learn new software programs
- Highly accurate with strong attention to detail
- Effective listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- CRM experience is a plus
