What You’ll Do :
As the Director of the Cardiac Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology Lab, you will have 24-hour management responsibility over these critical units, overseeing approximately 25 full-time employees (FTEs).
You’ll ensure patient care meets or exceeds the highest standards while leading a talented team to success. This is your chance to make a real impact by shaping the direction and growth of these departments.
Key Responsibilities Include :
- Full management of the Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology Lab
- Assuring top-tier patient care in accordance with national standards
- Collaborating with staff and physicians to ensure seamless operations and quality improvement
- Driving team engagement and development, ensuring that the best patient outcomes are met
Minimum Qualifications :
- Education : Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; Master's Degree required
- Experience : Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience and at least 2 years of progressive management experience
- License / Certification : Current RN license in the State of Nevada; BCLS Certification required
- Expertise in Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology is essential
- Proven leadership experience in a Director-level role at a large acute care facility
Compensation and Benefits :
- Salary : $118,000 - $157,000
- Comprehensive benefits package
