Real Estate Buyer's Sales Agent
We’re searching for an ambitious, professional real estate sales buyer’s agent for an exciting opportunity with our team.
You’ll be responsible for generating leads, working with prospective homebuyers, and continuously following up to close the deal.

Compensation :
$75,000 - $100,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process
- Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close
- Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market
- Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
- Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget
- Phone prospect, cold call daily. We have minimum daily contact requirements necessary to help you be successful
Qualifications :
- Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
- Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
- Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
- Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- If you are not licensed, you will need to take a 70-80 course and pass a real estate test prior to starting. This process takes 2-4 weeks normally and can be done online or in person
