MillerKnoll is currently looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our CTDC! In this role, you will oversee the direction and coordination of receiving, distribution, and warehousing operations.

You will report to the Operations Manager.

What you'll do :

• Create, implement, and enforce the warehouse's operational procedures as it relates to the receiving, handling, and storing of products.
• Partner with the Proprietor to coordinate warehouse activities with regards to photo studio environment.
• Assist studio staff with photo shoot generation and loss prevention initiatives.
• Manage warehouse management responsibilities while ensuring that team goals are met.
• Maintain warehouse safety and security programs and loss prevention procedures.
• Oversee the activities of warehouse employees while maintaining a safe and clean warehouse.
• Maintain inventory integrity by adjusting stock against daily needs, investigating and correcting any errors; as well as conducting regular cycle counts of the warehouse and showroom locations.
• Maintain physical condition of warehouse and equipment by conducting regular inspections and appropriate follow-up.
• Manage warehouse staff through recruitment, training, and development of employees.
• Foster an environment based on respect, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Does this sound like you?

This might be you if you have the following skills and abilities :

• 3-5 years of warehouse management experience in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
• Excellent planning and delegation skills.
• Ability to assemble and make minor repairs to products received by the warehouse.
• Ability to lift 35-50 lbs items regularly.
• Familiarity with MS Word as well as inventory / sales database systems.
