About the role
Would you love to make a difference caring for older people living with dementia? Join our friendly team of Social Care Workers at the Bradda Unit, based at Southlands.
As part of your role you will provide high quality care and respond to residents’ needs on a daily basis, helping them to live a full life and remain a part of the wider community in the south of the Island.
This is a very rewarding career, where you’ll support our residents with a variety of complex needs, enabling them to live independently for longer.
