B TC Electronic Components, an FDH Aero Company is a value-add distributor of connectors and manufacturer of custom harness and cable assemblies.

BTC Electronic delivers products to customers that meet established regulations, standards and specifications primarily for the aerospace and defense industries.

We are looking for an experienced Quality Technician who will support the overall needs of the quality department. You will be involved with inspections, vendor management, escape management and RMA activities and calibration.

The Quality Technician will also support efforts toward AS9100 recertification. This new role requires a positive, high energy, detail-oriented team player who is willing to learn and execute tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities :

• Inspection of product back up, support role for final and incoming inspection
• Manage calibration program
• Manage discrepant material processes
• Assist with customer complaints and RMA’s
• Assist with vendor management duties such as planning,
• Assist with QMS activities toward AS9100D and ISO9001 : 2015 recertification
• Ensure company compliance to customer requirements
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Basic Qualifications :

• High School or associate’s degree in mechanical / technical field
• Quality orientation and high attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience working with high performance teams
• Problem analysis and problem resolution skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Access)
