As a Workday Adv Comp Application Management Services (AMS) Functional Service Consultant , your primary responsibilities may include :

• Manage on and off-shore functional teams.
• Lead the Advanced Comp AMS engagement driving towards decisions and recommending best practices related to Workday functionality.
• Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client / functional requirements.
• Troubleshoot production break-fixes from triage through resolution.
• Implement enhancements and new features from discovery through deployment.
• Lead, mentor, counsel and manage performance of project staff.
• Serve as a single point of contact for the client and provide direction to resources to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross-functional impacts are considered and mitigated.
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
• Demonstrate design options using prototyping.
• Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.
• Provide the client with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status.
• Maintain responsibility for performance, cost, scope, schedule, quality, and appropriate business measurements.
• Assist as needed in the sales process including scoping projects and estimating efforts to complete the implementation.
• Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday best practices.
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiencies and execute optimization projects.
• Support innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assets.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here's what you need :

• Workday Partner Certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Lead or similar level role.
• Minimum of 2 years of Adv Comp / HCM Implementations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associates Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 years of work experience.

Bonus points if you have :

• 4 years of Talent / Performance, Comp, or Benefits Implementations.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the HR function & processes.
• Experience in Education & Government implementations.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
