- assist alarm users with first level alarm system problems, (arming, disarming, force arming, minor malfunctions); perform system backups and equipment maintenance;
RESPONSIBILITIES Dispatch and process alarm signals, CCTV events, building security events, and related phone traffic. Assist Central Station customers with alarm related issues.
Maintaining alarm processing database. (Call list updates, code assignments, site information adjustments, and new account entry.
Alarm programming and troubleshooting. Generating reports. REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.), may include specialized or vocational courses.
