Job Title : Facilities Project Admin 2
Location : Everett, WA
Duration : 12 months
Job Responsibilities :
- Evaluate contractor proposals for cost-effectiveness and administer contractor activities.
- Develop comprehensive project work packages, including budget, schedule, drawings, specifications, and procurement estimates.
- Coordinate with various parties to create an agreed implementation plan.
- Ensure compliance and regulatory standards.
- Develop cost estimates to assist in business case analysis.
- Monitor and coordinate implementation activities, ensuring project meets quality, cost, schedule targets, and regulatory requirements.
Skills Required :
- Proficiency in budgeting and project forecasting
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Project Management principles
- Experience with scheduling
- Knowledge of Autodesk AutoCAD (preferred)
Soft Skills :
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective written and oral communication
- Ability to work well in a team
Education / Experience :
- Advanced education (e.g., Bachelor's degree) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
