Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. or PsyD in Psychology, licensed or license-eligible in TN
- Experience providing psychological assessment and interventions to individuals and families across the lifespan.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in providing integrative care with a team of physicians and a track record of working with teams of healthcare providers and support staff from different disciplines.
- Experience providing psychotherapy to a socioeconomically, racially, and ethnically diverse clientele
- Experience with medical education and interest in delving into innovative ways to improve behavioral health training for physicians
- Experience in conducting the research consistent with the complexity of issues that arise in primary care and the delivery of care in an integrated fashion.
- Commitment to DEIA (Diversity Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility) as it pertains to primary care and behavioral health access to the underserved population
