E-Technical Staffing, Inc is looking for an Account Manager / Recruiter to help grow and maintain growth. Build relationships with clients, support client needs, and submit qualified and screened candidates on client open orders.
Recruit, interview, identify, and qualify technical individuals, including Engineers, Designers, IT, Computer Support, Technicians, and support staff.
This position involves working with local and national accounts.

- Represent E-Technical Staffing, Inc. in an ethical and professional manner.
- Develop, manage, and maintain account relationships from various technical industries.
- Expand existing accounts.
- Sourcing candidates utilizing resume databases, LinkedIn, and other resources.
- Full life cycle recruiting.
- Recognize sense of urgency in responding to client job needs.
- Qualify candidates for client openings in a timely manner.
