Our client is seeking candidates with 4-6 years of experience in corporate law, with particular experience in mergers & acquisitions and other general corporate and commercial matters.
Candidates with specific expertise in strategic transactions (including mergers and acquisitions, investments, and joint ventures), as well as general corporate and corporate governance experience, are encouraged to apply.
The candidate must have experience leading due diligence teams, managing specialists, and drafting transaction documents.
The successful candidate will also have excellent writing skills, superior academics, and the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
