As a Front Desk professional with Allied Universal at an educational location, you will play a key role in providing a welcoming presence while helping to deter security-related incidents. Your responsibilities include monitoring access, assisting visitors, and supporting a secure environment through strong customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
