Job Summary
Our client, real estate investment company, is seeking a temporary Tenant Service Coordinator to support their team in Arlington, VA!
About the Job :
- Act as the face of the building and liaise between tenants, management, and vendors.
- Work with tenants, resolve tenant issues, and process maintenance requests.
- Assist the accounting team with processing invoices.
- Assist with development, compilation, and distribution of monthly reports as necessary.
- Coordinate tenant moves, activities, and events.
- Complete additional tasks and special projects as assigned.
About You :
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
- 1+ years of relevant professional experience; experience in commercial real estate is preferred.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook; MRI and Nexus software experience is a plus.
About the Position :
- $22 / hr-$24 / hr, depending on experience
- Temporary for 4-6 months.
- Hours are 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm.
