Job Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Admissions Director to join our admissions team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, and the ability to drive strategic enrollment initiatives.
As the Admissions Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for prospective students.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic enrollment plans to meet the school's admissions goals.
- Oversee the admissions process, including application review, interviews, and selection of candidates.
- Lead and manage the admissions team, providing training, support, and performance evaluations.
- Initiate outreach opportunities to attract and engage prospective students.
- Conduct information sessions, open houses, and other recruitment events.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on admissions activities and outcomes.
- Ensure confidentiality of student records.
- Develop and maintain relationships with high schools, community organizations, and other partners.
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective students and their families.
- Analyze admissions data and trends to inform decision-making and strategy.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in admissions or student recruitment, preferably in a healthcare or vocational education setting.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
