- Ability to communicate complex concepts
Responsibilities
- Lead design and commissioning of manufacturing plants for carbon capture scrubbers
- Manage a team of engineers and technicians
- Implement Design for Manufacturing principles
- Develop in-house manufacturing systems
- Maintain relationships with manufacturing vendors
- Collaborate with mechanical engineers, chemical engineers, and design engineers to develop manufacturing processes
Nice to have
- Robotics, automation, chemical or mechanical engineering degree
- Experience with consumer product manufacturing
- Experience with lean manufacturing
