This position involves delivering and setting up catering orders on time and with precision across the greater Boston area, all while embodying our commitment to professionalism and hospitality.
As a Catering Delivery Driver, you will ensure that each delivery meets our high standards and provides our clients with peace of mind knowing their order is timely, accurate, and hassle-free.
You will also contribute to our business by identifying and passing on potential sales leads, maintaining clean and well-stocked vehicles, and fostering positive relationships with our team.
Major Responsibilities :
- Order Preparation : Collaborate with operations staff to double-check and pack orders accurately into the delivery vehicle.
- Efficient Delivery : Follow the designated delivery schedule to ensure that all orders are delivered in the correct sequence and on time.
- Service Excellence : Adhere to the Fresh City Kitchen Sequence of Service, ensuring each delivery meets our standards for quality and presentation.
- Issue Resolution : Communicate any delivery issues promptly to Customer Service to resolve them effectively.
- Positive Attitude : Project a friendly, hospitality-driven demeanor that reflects well on Fresh City Kitchen and enhances the client experience.
- Respect and Teamwork : Show respect for all employees and work collaboratively to achieve company goals.
Qualifications :
- Driver’s License : Valid Massachusetts Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Local Knowledge : Familiarity with the greater Boston area to navigate efficiently.
- Language Skills : Fluent in English and able to read and understand delivery instructions.
- Technical Skills : Ability to use map applications and other navigational tools.
- Customer Service : Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle deliveries in a fast-paced environment.
