Join our team at Good Feet Midwest, an expanding franchisee of The Good Feet Store, America's #1 Arch Support Store. With 27 locations across the Midwest and South, we're poised for remarkable growth, planning to double our stores in the next 3-5 years.
Our mission is to enhance our community's well-being by relieving foot, knee, and back pain through premium Good Feet Arch Supports.
This is a hybrid role at our Milwaukee Headquarters.
Position Overview :
The Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company. This position is responsible for coordinating various operational tasks, ensuring efficient workflow, and supporting different departments to achieve organizational goals.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and possesses excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the planning and execution of operational projects.
- Coordinate daily operational activities and ensure they run smoothly.
- Support the Operations Manager in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Support team members with operational tasks and provide guidance when needed.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions.
- Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented processes
- Prepare and maintain operational reports and records.
- Assist with supply chain inventory management.
- Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for staff and stakeholders.
- Assist in managing schedules, meetings, and administrative tasks.
- Handle correspondence and communication with various stakeholders.
