The Baggage Agent provides support to the Baggage Service Office and ensures Baggage Service Agents effectively assist customers with delayed, damaged or pilfered baggage. Salary - $16.15 / per hour

Basic Qualifications :
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- No prior experience required and on-the-job training provided
- No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
Preferred Qualifications :
- One (1) year of prior work experience preferred Responsibilities :
- Determine flight departure times and connecting carriers based on customer tickets
- Screen all passengers transferring between airlines prior to placing baggage on the return belts
- Ensure baggage tags are correct
- Direct and assist passengers with short-checked bags
- Handles misplace or lost baggage claims and provide reports to carriers
- Evaluate customers' needs concerning airline locations A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
