NJ Junior Civil Litigation Attorney (Remote)

Responsibilities of the NJ Junior Litigation Attorney :

• Drafting pleadings, motions, memoranda of law, discovery requests and responses, and legal correspondence
• Handle all aspects of discovery
• Efficiently and competently research legal issues
• Communicate clearly both orally and in writing to colleagues and clients

Requirements for the NJ Junior Litigation Attorney :

• 1-5 years of civil litigation experience in general liability matters
• Licensed to practice and in good standing in New Jersey
• J.D. from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional law firm setting
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
• Outstanding references

Compensation

Pay : The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $110,000 or more. This position is also eligible for bonuses. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
